March 27 Update:

We know that during these times you may be feeling nervous about the uncertainty that we all face. When it comes to your finances, we want you, our members, to take comfort in knowing that we are here for you!

March 25 Update:

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Family First Annual Meeting will be rescheduled from Wednesday, April 22 to October 28, 2020 at 9:30 am in the Penfield branch lobby.

March 23 Update:

If you are experiencing financial hardships directly related to the coronavirus, including making payments on loans, contact us at 585.586.8225 or 800.356.1101. We are here to work with you one-on-one to find a solution.

At this time, we will no longer have the monthly limit of six transfers from a Money Market or three transfers from a Money Builders account. We will also be waiving our loan skip-a-pay fee during this pandemic.

Members with VISA Credit Cards or Home Equity Lines of Credit may also apply for limit increases if they are needed.

The company that provides our online calculators has released a personal economic recovery calculator – it may help you sleep a little better knowing that even large losses can recover given a little time.

March 17 Update:

Family First has been continuing to monitor and respond to the rapidly changing conditions about COVID-19/Coronavirus. We have made the following decisions regarding this situation:

Beginning Wednesday, March 18, the Family First Greece and Henrietta branches including Night Drop will be closed until further notice. East Rochester, Penfield and Webster will be open for drive-thru transactions ONLY during business hours. The ATMs at all branches will continue to be available 24/7. Please practice the proper hygiene to keep these ATMs clean and safe for everyone to use.

To create social distancing that protects our members and staff, we have made the decision to close our lobbies and move all branch transactions to drive-thru windows ONLY beginning on Wednesday, March 18. The drive-thru windows in East Rochester, Penfield and Webster will be open during our normal business hours for the following transactions:

  • Deposits
  • Withdrawals
  • Check Cashing
  • Loan Payments
  • VISA® Payments
  • Money Orders
  • Official Checks

Please note: Our daily withdrawal limit is $3,000. Unfortunately, we cannot process any coin at these windows. Additional limitations apply for official checks greater than $10,000.

We will also open our East Rochester drive-thru window from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturdays during this time.

Loan and mortgage closing appointments can be made on an as-needed basis by calling Family First at 585.586.8225. We will also be processing mobile check deposits though our mobile app three times daily.

At Family First Credit Union, the health and safety of our members, staff and communities is of the utmost importance. We will continue to continually update our plans based on the best guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and our local and state health departments.

We will keep you informed as we continue to monitor the COVID-19/Coronavirus situation closely and take recommended prevention and preparation measures to minimize any exposure risks.

We are here and ready to help maintain your financial health as well.  In an effort to minimize personal contact, we encourage you to utilize our electronic services for 24/7 access to your accounts and transactions, including Home Banking on our website, The Family First Mobile App, iTalk telephone banking and the MobiMoney app for credit card control. You may also wish to use one of the 30,000 ATMs nationwide that you have access to through our shared ATM network.

Please be aware of coronavirus scams. If Family First reaches out to you with information related to the coronavirus, we WILL NOT ask for or include links requiring confidential information such as your name, password, personal identification number (PIN) or other account information.
