May 13 Update:
The safety and health of our members and our employees continues to be the highest priority at Family First. You can be assured that we are monitoring the recommendations of New York State and Monroe County as they work to reopen businesses in the Finger Lakes region in a safe and cautious manner.
While we do not have a date that our lobbies will re-open to the public, we are making preparations to put the necessary precautions in place to ensure everyone’s safety. These include plastic shields at our teller lines, lobby mask requirements, lobby maximum occupancy numbers and social distancing and cleaning protocols.
We will continue to update you as this process continues. Please stay healthy and safe during this time.
April 16 Update:
Due to the deposit of the first wave of the Federal Government Stimulus Payments, we are experiencing a higher than normal call volume in our Call Center. If you are calling to check on the deposit date or amount of your Stimulus Payment, please utilize Family First online banking or our mobile app.
If you did not receive your payment, please visit https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/economic-impact-payments for more information. The IRS controls the amount and deposit date of these payments, not Family First. The next deposits are scheduled to be made on Wednesday, April 22 and Wednesday, April 29.
