In our continuing efforts to keep your VISA® credit card accounts secure, we have improved our alert system for potential fraud.
Here’s how it works:
When potential fraud is detected, you will receive an automatic e-mail notification from Family First with the option to reply with “fraud” or “no fraud”.
Shortly after the e-mail, you will receive a text alert from 32874 which also has the “fraud” or “no fraud” option.
If there is no response received from you, five minutes after the text alert you will receive an automated phone call to confirm or deny fraud. The call will come from our Fraud Center at 1-800-417-4592.
If no response is received from any of these attempts, your card will be frozen and activity will be declined.
We need your help! It is very important that we have your correct phone number(s) and e-mail address in our files to ensure a timely notification.
