Need to move money and don’t want to handle the cash? A wire transfer is an electronic movement of funds and is the quickest way to move funds between financial institutions. The funds are guaranteed through a wire transfer, which means they are available for withdrawal immediately after receipt. Family First provides the service of incoming and outgoing wires for domestic transactions. We do not process international wire transfers.
Incoming Wire Transfers
The following procedures apply when you initiate funds to be transferred to your account here at Family First. You will need to contact your outgoing financial institution and provide them with the following information:

Any wire transfer credits received after 4:30 p.m. will be credited to the member’s account on the next business day.
Outgoing Wire Transfers
When initiating an outgoing wire from your Family First account, you will need the following items:
- The Outgoing Wire Transfer Form completed with all information. This may require you to contact the receiving financial institution to obtain their specific wiring instructions. Inaccurate wiring instructions will delay the processing of the wire transfer.
- Your current photo identification containing your signature.
Important information about outgoing wire requests:
- The funds being sent must be on deposit with Family First prior to the initiation and may require a hold time. A Member Service Representative can give you more information about your specific transaction.
- Wire transfers requested before 2 p.m. will be sent the same day.
