Assistant Branch Manager
This position will be responsible for assisting with the direction and administration of branch operations, ensuring established policies and procedures are followed and overseeing the provision of a full range of services to members and prospective members You will be counted upon to see that members are promptly and professionally served, will train, direct, and assists in supervising branch staff. and will act as a Branch Manager as necessary. You will also perform various branch functions as required.
Call Center/Operations Specialist
This position will be responsible for handling a variety of member service calls in a prompt and courteous manner. You will support the operational needs of the Credit Union in a timely manner and complete and maintain related reports, records, and files. You will be relied upon to cross-sells products and services and support all functions within the Call Center and Operations department.
This position will be responsible for performing collection activities associated with various delinquent accounts. You will review delinquent accounts, determine probable reasons for account status, and contact clients to resolve the delinquencies. The role will utilize various techniques, as circumstances indicate, to promptly collect on delinquent accounts and ensures the Credit Union's professional image is maintained.
MSRs - Full Time and Part Time
At Family First our MSRs are our primary contact with our members on a daily basis. MSRs must work to meet member’s financial needs and service expectations in a friendly, professional manner while working in compliance with established policies and procedures. This position is responsible for building relationships with both new and existing members. As part of the member service team, you must demonstrate the attributes of an enthusiastic team player.
The senior collector will be responsible for organizing, planning, directing, and controlling all operations of the Collections Department. They will oversee all collections functions including the control of credit accounts that are late, potentially delinquent, delinquent, or charged off and will assist in the resolution of difficult and complex account situations. They will be responsible for performing periodic evaluation of collections policies and procedures and modify them as needed. They will ensure established policies, procedures, and legal requirements are followed and coordinate activities by ensuring all subordinate areas of responsibility support Credit Union objectives. The role will train, direct, and assist in the appraisal of personnel and be sure allservices are delivered professionally and efficiently.
