If you receive a text like this, do not respond. If you respond, you will receive a call from a fraudster posing as a Family First employee. Do not give them any information. If you have received this communication, please contact us at 585.586.8225.

All Family First Branches and the Call Center will be closing early at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, December 24 and closed on Thursday, December 25 for Christmas.
