Companion Savings
*5.00% Annual Percentage Yield (APY) is accurate as of 3/1/2025. This is a variable rate account and the interest rates and APYs may change at any time. Must meet the Debit Reward$ or Pinnacle Plu$ requirements each month to earn APY on Companion Savings account. Companion Savings account available to Debit Reward$ Checking and Pinnacle Plu$ Checking account holders only. Dividends are compounded daily and credited monthly by the 9th of the following month. The APY on Companion Savings balances up to $10,000 is 5.00%. If the requirements are not met, the savings account rate will be 0.03% (APY) on the entire balance for the month. The APY on savings account balances of $10,000.01 and above is 0.03%.
Debit Reward$ Bundle Monthly Requirements:
- 12 debit card transactions (excluding ATM transactions)
- A minimum deposit of at least $250 each month (excludes transfers to/from Family First shares or loans)
- A minimum of two (2) bill payments each month via Online or Mobile Banking
- Enrollment in eStatements
- Deposit at least $100 to linked Companion Savings
**Earn 1% cash back on point-of-sale debit card purchases. Requirements are calculated for each month. If the requirements are not met, no cash back will be earned for that month. Cash back payments will be credited to your Companion Savings account by the 9th of the following month. The maximum number of Debit Reward$ accounts per social security number/membership at any one time is 1 beginning January 1, 2023.
Pinnacle Plu$ Bundle Monthly Requirements:
- 12 signature-based debit card transactions (excluding ATM transactions)
- Direct deposit of at least $250 in checking
- Enrollment in eStatements
- Deposit at least $100 to linked Companion Savings
