We are aware that some of our Family First VISA card holders who are signed up for eStatements received a paper statement for the month of January. These members should have received their January VISA eStatements also and will not receive a paper statement fee. We’re working with our vendor to ensure this doesn’t happen in the future. We apologize for this error.

Update: Due to technical difficulties, the anticipated rollout of the new VISA e-statement portal will be postponed.  

Due to unforeseen technical issues, the switchover to our new eStatement portal is going to be postponed. Your January VISA paper statements will be delivered as they have been previously and no paper statement fees will be applied. We apologize for this situation and will keep you informed of when we will be making this switchover in the future.

You can still pay your Family First VISA through Online Banking, the Family First Mobile App, and our MessagePay service.
