We are currently experiencing issues with our call center phone system and some calls may not connect. Our vendor is working on this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Mobile Check Deposit Change

We're changing our mobile check deposit vendor!

As we continue to improve our technology services, we’ve made the decision to change our mobile check deposit vendor. As a member who recently used this service, we wanted to keep you informed. This transition will take place on Monday, May 8, 2023.

The advantage with this new vendor is that your mobile check deposits will be instantly approved and available. The picture/deposit process will continue to be an easy and convenient experience. Due to this change, you will be asked to enroll when the new software is in place. After your first time using the service you will not be asked to do so again.
