Member Development Office

Serving Genesee County and the Rochester Community

What is a Member Development Office?

The Family First CU – Member Development Office is designed with one main purpose: helping our members succeed financially. Unlike a traditional branch, this office doesn’t focus on cash transactions. Instead, it provides a personalized, appointment-based experience where members meet one-on-one with a Member Development Officer to discuss their financial situation, explore their goals, and identify solutions that fit their needs. Members can easily open new accounts, maintain existing ones, and apply for loans with the help of our Member Development Officer, Mickey Hyde.

With our full suite of digital banking tools, members can access their accounts 24/7 while still having the benefit of in-person guidance when it comes to bigger financial decisions. We’re here to help our members reach their goals with the support of both modern technology and trusted, one-on-one advice.
