You may have received a text message from Family First stating that your phone number has been updated for your Family First Debit or Credit card. This was part of a routine file maintenance update on our card management system.

If you received the text and did not reply, please give us a call at 585.586.8225 to verify that we have the correct phone number on file for you.

If you replied “NO” to the text message your card has been blocked as a security precaution. Please call us at 585.586.8225 to order a replacement card.

Join Family First CU and the Monroe County Family Coalition for our free Financial Literacy Seminar, where we will cover a variety of topics designed to help you feel comfortable about your financial fitness.
