Remember: If an employee from the Family First Fraud Department calls or texts you, we will never ask for your personal information, online banking login credentials, or PIN numbers.

Mobile Check Deposit Change

We're changing our mobile check deposit vendor!

As we continue to improve our technology services, we’ve made the decision to change our mobile check deposit vendor. As a member who recently used this service, we wanted to keep you informed. This transition will take place on Monday, May 8, 2023.

This new vendor will be able to approve your mobile check deposits instantly and a certain amount of the funds will be immediately available to you, following our Funds Availability guidelines (please click here to view our Funds Availability Policy).The picture/deposit process will continue to be an easy and convenient experience. Due to this change, you will be asked to enroll when the new software is in place. After your first time using the service you will not be asked to do so again.
