We are aware that some of our Family First VISA card holders who are signed up for eStatements received a paper statement for the month of January. These members should have received their January VISA eStatements also and will not receive a paper statement fee. We’re working with our vendor to ensure this doesn’t happen in the future. We apologize for this error.

All Family First branches and the call center will be closing early at 1:00 PM on Monday, April 8 due to the full solar eclipse happening that afternoon. We hope you enjoy the eclipse!

Family First will be holding our Annual Meeting on Wednesday, March 24 at 8:30 AM at our Browncroft Office. A link will be posted here that morning so you can join us virtually.

2020 Scholarship

2020 Family First Scholarship Winners

Family First is proud to announce the winners of 13th Annual Len Szumiloski Scholarship in the name of our former Family First/Penfield Federal Credit Union President and CEO from 1972 to 1997.

Congrats to Zoe Masters from Webster Thomas High School and Ben Tischner from Webster Schroeder High School! We would usually make this announcement and have pictures taken at our Annual Meeting, but that has been postponed this year. Here are a few pictures of our recipients with Family First CEO Tom Dambra.

Thanks to all our applicants – we wish you the best of luck in all your future endeavors!

Family First is a member of the Rochester Chapter of the New York Credit Union Association, which offers scholarship to credit union members across our region. Family First had two members who were awarded scholarships from the Association this year.

Congrats to Brendan Miller from Penfield High School and Rachael Battey from the Aquinas Institute. Congratulations to the both of you!
