Family First is thrilled to announce not one, but three promotions within our team here at the credit union. Please join us in congratulating Eileen Ferris (COO), Brenda Stone (Director of Operations & NCBSO), and Joe Cellura (Director of Information Technology) on their well-deserved promotions and new roles.

Eileen Ferris – Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Eileen Ferris has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer, assuming overall responsibility for our Member Services, Operations, Technology, and Marketing departments. Eileen has been with the organization for 15 years and has a proven ability to guide our organization through the ever-changing landscape of the banking world.
Brenda Stone – Director of Operations & NCBSO (NAFCU Certified Bank Secrecy Officer)
Brenda has been with the organization for 8 years and in that time, she has become a “go-to” person for our staff and membership alike. Brenda oversees the Operations department, managing fraud and electronic services. In addition, she will be providing oversight of the operations functions within our branches, including compliance, auditing, and member services training.
Joseph Cellura – Director of Information Technology
Joe has been with the organization for 16 years and has been the main driver in building our company’s infrastructure. Joe oversees the Credit Union’s network and communication operations, technology planning and training, core system support, and cybersecurity.
We thank Eileen, Brenda, and Joe for their years of dedication and service, and look forward to watching them grow in their new roles.
