ATTENTION: We are aware of fraudulent text messages notifying Family First members that there has been “a new e-mail address added to your account from an unrecognized IP address”. If you receive a text like this, do not respond. If you do respond, you will receive a call pretending to be Family First and asking for information.  Do not give them any information. If you have received this communication, please reach out to Family First directly at 585.586.8225.

All Family First branches and the Call Center will be closed on Tuesday, November 11 for Veterans Day.

Day of Caring 2025

Across 6 counties, over 6,000 volunteers completed 400 projects, supporting 200 nonprofit agencies across six counties as part of the United Way’s Day of Caring 2025. For the 7th year running, the Family First team returned to Heritage Christian Services Shoecraft location to give their landscaping some much needed TLC.

Family First volunteers spent the morning weeding, pruning, mulching, and landscaping the property so that residents and employees can once again enjoy their outdoor space during the summer months. We look forward to coming back to this location to see our friends at Heritage Christian Services year after year, and love having an opportunity to give back to the community we love so much – especially when we are blessed with beautiful weather like we were this year!
