We have been made aware that a network issue is causing Family First debit cards to reject at Tops Markets and Walmart.  Our vendor is working to correct this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Our Online Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to our website, our online banking service and our mobile app.

Visitors to our web site remain anonymous, as we do not collect personal identifying information. We collect standard non-identifying information about visits to the site, such as date and time visited, IP address, city, state and country. This information is used to compile standard reports on web site use. We use Google Analytics as a tool to gather this information. When a member applies online for accounts or services, it is necessary for sensitive information to be entered. All sensitive transactions come to us over the Internet in a “secure session” using encrypted network transmissions. This protects against the loss, misuse and alteration of information.

If you provide us with personal identifying information via e-mail or application (such as name and address), the information will only be used to communicate with you or to handle your request. Member account information and/or account numbers have not and will not be sold or transferred to third parties.

The Family First website has links to other vendors and third parties. These links are given so that members can take advantage of other products or services. We cannot guarantee how these third parties collect or use personally identifiable information about you.

The Family First App

  • Location – Used for geofencing and beacon scanning essential for advertising/marketing campaign delivery. Our app periodically collects, transmits, and uses geolocation information to enable certain features. Members can change their location permissions at any time in their device settings.
  • UserID – Pulsate creates a random user GUID upon initial app access, which is later used during every connection with Pulsate. This GUID is unique for each device/app and changes after every app reinstall. This ID is used for identifying a user and sending campaigns.
  • Product Interaction – Pulsate tracks user’s app entry, app exit, and pages viewed within the app.
  • Name – Pulsate collects user’s first name for product personalization purposes. 

MobiMoney
MobiMoney, a service Family First provides that offers card control, periodically collects, transmits, and uses geolocation information to enable features that prevent fraudulent card use and send alerts, but only if the member expressly authorizes collection of such information. Geolocation information can be monitored on a continuous basis in the background only while MobiMoney is being used or not at all, depending on the member’s selection. Members can change their location permissions at any time in their device settings.
