We are aware of fraudulent text messages notifying Family First members that there has been “a new email address added to your account from an unrecognized IP address”. If you receive a text like this, do not respond. If you respond, you will receive a call from a fraudster posing as a Family First employee. Do not give them any information. If you have received this communication, please contact us at 585.586.8225.

All Family First Branches and the Call Center will be closing early at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, December 24 and closed on Thursday, December 25 for Christmas.

35th Annual Jungle Jog 5k

Family First was proud to participate in the 35th Annual Jungle Jog 5k at Seneca Park Zoo on Sunday, July 21, 2024. This year’s medal interlocked with 2022 and 2023, representing this year as another puzzle piece as the new experiences are coming to the zoo!
This run and walk 5k supports the Zoo’s education and conservation programs and allows participants to get out and get active for a great cause.
