You may have received a text message from Family First stating that your phone number has been updated for your Family First Debit or Credit card. This was part of a routine file maintenance update on our card management system.

If you replied “NO” to the text message your card has been blocked as a security precaution. Please call us at 585.586.8225 to order a replacement card.
