ATTENTION: We are aware of fraudulent text messages notifying Family First members that there has been “a new e-mail address added to your account from an unrecognized IP address”. If you receive a text like this, do not respond. If you do respond, you will receive a call pretending to be Family First and asking for information. Â Do not give them any information. If you have received this communication, please reach out to Family First directly at 585.586.8225.
