The Family First phone numbers – 585.586.8225 and 1.800.356.1101 – have recently been spoofed by those attempting to steal personal and financial information from our members. There have also been fraudulent text messages claiming to be from Family First.

Remember: If an employee from the Family First Fraud Department calls or texts you, we will never ask for your personal information, online banking login credentials, or PIN numbers.

The entryway road to our Gates Branch is scheduled to be milled and paved starting Wednesday, September 16. During this time, members will have full access to the branch, drive-thru and ATM. , or PIN numbers.
